FAQ
Q. What is a "Social Media Release" and why is it beneficial?
A. A "Social Media Release" is an online form of the traditional press release. "Social Media Releases" use a range of web-based, social media tools to get information to targeted audiences and to provide a forum for conversations with those audiences.
The benefit lies in the unprecedented expansion of traditional communications channels to include digital media such as news portals, blogs, Twitter and social websites like Facebook. This expanded universe makes it easier for the community to learn about a company, its brands, products, services and activities.
With mononews' Premium Package, you have the ability to easily publish your own "Social Media Release". This Premium Package helps you build a comprehensive news release with integrated multi-media tools. People can access your news through the mononews website, and will be able, in one click, to share its content with their contacts via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, Digg and Technorati. In this way, news is shared widely, reaching key influencers instantly and adding another component to a successful communications strategy.
