mononews wins Prestigious Platinum MarCom award

The mononews team is proud to announce that after only one year of existence, the Canadian-based lifestyle news distribution service has won a Platinum MarCom award for the Website/Professional Service category.

Robin Thornton, Managing Director of mononews, was thrilled to hear the news: "Our tiny team at mononews is very honoured to be recognized with a MarCom Platinum Award. This recognition further fuels our motivation to continue to develop and promote our innovative take on news dissemination and strengthens our determination to be even more successful!"

mononews was chosen by jury industry professionals from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The MarCom Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievements by marketing and communications professionals. This year, the MarCom Awards received more than 6,000 entries from Canada, the United States and several other countries.

The MarCom’s prestigious Platinum Award is presented to those entries judged to be among the most outstanding entries in the competition. Platinum winners are recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity and resourcefulness. Approximately 18 % of entrants were awarded Platinum Awards.
