Spring-Summer 2012 desertification-themed collection!

Inspired and audacious
For Spring-Summer 2012, the designer has drawn on the subject of desertification. This environmental phenomenon, steadily increasing because of climate change, sees formerly fertile regions dry out and become barren. To dramatize the subject, pale shades such as beige and grey recur throughout the new collection, while hints of turquoise recall the life-giving water steadily becoming scarcer and scarcer. Bodybag has selected lighter and very comfortable pieces as elegant ways to face the summer heat, thanks to floral prints and corded material. This hot season is also reminded by a host of natural materials such as Tencel, a cloth that combines comfort with a distinguished appearance, along with the more traditional cotton and silk. Bodybag Spring-Summer 2012: an undeniable Sahara desert collection!

Five years of passion
Located on Bernard Street West since 2006, Bodybag has distinguished itself both by its peerless customer service and by the original collections that Judith Desjardins has created every season for more than 13 years. The boutique, connected directly to the designer’s studio, also offers a range of all-new accessories by Quebec labels such as rachel.f. and Veinage, with both brands recycling their materials. An exclusive shopping destination to discover and rediscover!

Bodybag and J.U.D.E
The Bodybag and J.U.D.E collections are entirely designed and produced in Montreal in order to promote the city’s local industry. In addition to the Bernard Street West address, Bodybag and J.U.D.E. collections are distributed in more than fifty boutiques across Canada, in selected retailers in the United States, and online at www.bodybagbyjude.com.
