The mononews Website Wins Gold Hermes Creative Award

May 28, 2012

The mononews team is thrilled to announce that the premier Canadian lifestyle news distribution service has been awarded a Gold Hermes Creative Award for the Website Overall (Business-to-Business) Category.

mononews wishes to sincerely thank all of its clients and supporters. "Winning the Gold Hermes Creative Award validates that our vision of using creativity in an existing service allows you to differentiate yourself and do things in a new and simpler way. The contributions of both Taylor & Pond (website development) and Richard Vincent (CEO and Creative Director of Kutoka Interactive) must be acknowledged in the achievement of the award", says Robin Thornton, Managing Director of mononews.

The Hermes Creative Awards recognize outstanding achievements made by creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. The awards are administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) and the laureates are chosen by a jury of senior-level industry professionals.

The Gold Hermes Creative Award is presented to those entries judged to exceed the high standards of industry norms. Approximately 19 percent of entries received this award.

This is the second prize awarded to mononews by the APCM. In November 2011, mononews received the Platinum MarCom Award for the Website/Professional Service
Category.
